Introduction
This document describes the minimum requirements to run the JRNI user applications for optimal user experience. The applications will work below the stated speeds, however, loading times will be longer and can affect the perceived responsiveness of the system. The software requirements reflect what JRNI will support.
JRNI provides a cloud-based service for arranging appointments and events, and users interact with this through the Studio interface (staff experience) or an Adaptable Journey (customer experience). These specifications are for using Studio and the Adaptable Journeys only.
